Improving staff performance lies at the heart of human resources, and it is an area where I have a great deal of experience.
I help you set expectations and goals for individuals and teams – both those that can be used to stretch performance and be a base for future performance reviews AND those where formal performance management systems are needed to address problems.
I provide career development planning for staff who may already be performing highly but need an extra boost to keep them interested. I also advise on the best ways of giving feedback to staff and managing poor performers.
